Fix Auto Brisbane – Geebung, QLD Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year

Fix Auto Brisbane is a professional collision repair workshop with a strong focus on quality, customer care, and service efficiency. We are looking for a Customer Service Officer who can deliver outstanding service and provide essential office support to keep our operations running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, friendly, proactive, and confident dealing with customers both in person and over the phone.

About the Role

As the first point of contact in our office, you’ll be responsible for:
Greeting customers, suppliers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Managing incoming calls, emails and walk-in enquiries
Scheduling appointments and updating customers on repair progress
Maintaining a welcoming and tidy reception area
Handling administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, job sheets and data entry
Assisting with purchase orders, office supplies and general office organisation




Supporting workshop and office management with day-to-day coordination tasks

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in customer service, administration or reception
Communicates clearly and professionally
Is organised and can manage multiple tasks at once
Works well both independently and as part of a team
Has robust attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure

Experience within automotive or similar service industries is an advantage, but not essential.
