Colonial Foods is seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. This is a hands‑on position that also includes making local deliveries in our company van, which has a manual transmission.

Colonial Foods is seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. This is a hands‑on position that also includes making local deliveries in our company van, which has a manual transmission.

Key responsibilities
Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 6am to 2pm
Safely load, unload and move stock using a forklift
Receive, check and correctly store incoming goods
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders
Load the company van and complete local deliveries
Accurately complete delivery and warehouse paperwork
Maintain a clean, organised and protected warehouse
Assist with stock takes and general warehouse duties

To be successful,



you will need
A current Australian forklift licence
Proven forklift and warehouse experience
A current driver’s licence and the ability to confidently drive a manual van
A safe driving record
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling
Reliability, punctuality and a solid work ethic
Good communication and customer‑service skills
Careful attention to order accuracy and stock handling

Experience working in food manufacturing, food distribution or a similar workplace would be advantageous.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows safety procedures and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
