What We’re Looking For
Robust experience leading mobile mining maintenance teams
Superintendent-level experience within mining or heavy mobile equipment
Experience managing maintenance performance across a sizeable fleet
Solid leadership across supervisors, leading hands and maintenance crews
Safety, availability, cost and productivity focus
Ability to work effectively with operational and project leadership
Comfortable taking ownership and driving improvement
