You will manage rosters, coaching from call recordings, onboarding, and uphold service standards while handling complex legal conversations with injured callers.

You will qualify claims by type, eligibility and jurisdiction, explain the process clearly, and secure retainer sign-ups, maintaining a warm, trustful client experience.
