You will manage the daily operations of a residential rent roll while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. This is a permanent part time role (5 hours per day, 5 days per week), with a clear pathway to full time as the portfolio grows.

Key responsibilities

Managing tenant and owner enquiries
n
Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades
n
Lease renewals and rent reviews
n
Processing tenant applications
n
Preparing tenancy agreements (Form 18a)
n
Preparing Form 6 agreements for current owners
n
Conducting entry, routine and exit inspections
n
Lodging work orders and entering invoices
n
n
About you
n
n
Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson or Property Manager Licence
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Previous property management experience
n
Strong understanding of REIQ documentation
n
Experience preparing Form 18a agreements
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
High attention to detail
n
Ability to work independently
n
Experience using PropertyMe software or other property management software an advantage
n
Previous Experience doing Trust accounting would be an advantage
n
