About the Role

We are looking for Reservations Coordinator to join our Brisbane Guest Services team, supporting Supernormal and Bar Miette.This is a unique role that combines office administration including reservations, event coordination, and supporting day-to-day operations of two distinct venues. Most importantly, you'll ensure exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Bring
A passion for hospitality and a desire to be part of one of Australia's leading restaurant groups
Pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and building genuine relationships
Previous experience in reservations,



events or guest services within a premium hospitality environment
Experience with SevenRooms and/or TripleSeat is highly regarded and will set you up for success in the role
Curiosity, initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement
Solid organisation, clear communication and the ability to remain calm in a quick-paced environment
