Salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 plus super

The Role As the Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You will provide clinical leadership, support clinicians, and foster a cooperative team workplace focused on delivering high-quality,



client-centred therapy services. Your role involves managing resources, optimizing clinic systems, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

This position offers a balanced mix of hands-on clinical engagement and strategic management. You will support multidisciplinary teams working with adult clients through NDIS, Medicare, and private funding streams. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving service excellence, team development, and expansion initiatives, making a tangible difference in your team’s success.

Requirements

Allied Health tertiary qualification

Minimum 5 years clinical experience, with 2+ years in leadership or management roles

Current AHPRA registration, police check, WWCC, and NDIS screening

Valid driver’s license and capacity for occasional travel
