Security Officer (Patrol & Static Duties)

Ultimate Security is currently seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team at one of Sydney's most recognised and iconic landmarks in the Sydney CBD.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-profile workplace while being part of a professional security team dedicated to maintaining the safety and security of visitors, staff, contractors, and members of the public.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine patrols of the site and surrounding areas
Maintain a visible and professional security presence
Monitor and control access points
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to visitors
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and emergency services as required
Adhere to site-specific procedures, policies, and safety requirements

Selection Criteria
A current NSW Security Licence




A current First Aid Certificate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional presentation and customer-focused approach
Solid observation and problem-solving skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A proactive attitude and commitment to maintaining a secure environment
Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and various shift times
