Hamilton Elevators NSW is a specialised lift company experiencing solid growth across our business in NSW & ACT. We are currently seeking an experienced customer service administrator to join our expanding team.

About the Role

As a customer service administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative & scheduling tasks to support effective workflow management across the business.

Your Responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming calls / emails & directing enquiries to the appropriate teams
Scheduling & coordinating service jobs and inspections with clients & technicians
Monitoring maintenance schedules & ensuring jobs are allocated correctly and that tasks are completed on schedule
Managing third-party customer portals and uploading documents as required
Sending out job reports to our customers as required




Supporting cross-functional teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
Support with SIM card management & stock allocation
Assisting with timesheets for field staff

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a customer service, office administration, coordination or scheduling
Excellent organisational & multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers & administrative systems
Experience using Simpro or similar service management software
Confidence speaking with clients and internal team members
Ability to work independently & take initiative in a fast-paced office setting
A willingness to learn & support a growing business
