Global Express is seeking a Freight Coordinator / Same Day Consultant to join our Melbourne Airport team in a permanent full time role. This quick-paced position coordinates urgent freight movements across Same Day and Premium Services, engaging customers, drivers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and excellent service.

Responsibilities include booking to delivery, tracking consignments, handling inquiries via phone and email, and using Salesforce for case management.
