About the Role

As the Sales Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the team, keeping orders and customer service running smoothly. You’ll work closely with a kind, empathetic manager and a small, close-knit team of four. This full time role runs on a rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends, offering variety and well-earned days off during the week.

What You’ll Be Doing
Processing and entering customer sales orders
Raising sales invoices and keeping records up to date
Organising deliveries with customers and suppliers
Responding to telephone and email enquiries
Supporting internal processes and working collaboratively with your team

About You
Experience in customer service, order processing, administration, sales administration or sales support
Friendly and proactive communicator
