Reporting to the Installation Manager, you will play an key role in ensuring our installation and warranty services run smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on position involving check measures, installation of cabinetry, warranty and service work, customer support, specialised cabinet assembly and occasional installations. It would suit a motivated and reliable person who enjoys variety, takes pride in their workmanship and is confident working directly with customers.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Assembling specialized cabinets and units according to order specifications
n
Completing installations of kitchens, laundries, wardrobes and other cabinetry when required
n
Completing accurate check measures from plans and elevations
n
Attending customers homes to assess and complete warranty and service work
n
Monitoring warranty bookings and completing works within the required timeframes
n
Providing progress updates on outstanding warranty claims
n
Liaising with the Installation Manager to ensure matters are handled promptly and efficiently
n
Communicating professionally with customers regarding warranty and installation matters
n
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service
n

About you
n
n
At least three years' experience in kitchen installation, cabinet making or a similar industry
n
Solid cabinetry and installation knowledge
n
Experience completing accurate site and check measurements
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Positive time-management and prioritisation skills
n
The ability to work independently and complete daily tasks without supervision
n
The ability to work efficiently within set timeframes
n
