Quality Coffee is looking for an experienced Chef/ Cook/ Kitchen handler to join our friendly team in Nundah.

What we're looking for:
Proven ability to work and cook a small kitchen team
Able to work in a fast-paced workplace
Friendly and reliable with a positive attitude
Weekend availability required
Solid food prep, plating and kitchen skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What you'll do:
Run the kitchen for breakfast/brunch service
Manage food costing, ordering and stock control
Train, roster and mentor kitchen staff
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
