A fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing financial services brand on a growth trajectory. We are looking for a creative, hands-on Content Producer to help scale organic social presence and paid digital media.
You’ll work directly alongside the founder to build a high-volume content engine across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta ads .
This is a hands-on production role, you’ll be behind the camera, developing creative concepts, testing new formats and helping build the systems required to produce content consistently at scale.
What You’ll Do
Plan and structure weekly content production, including preparation and shooting of materials
Shoot high-volume short-form organic content and paid ad creative
Produce long-form YouTube/podcast-style content and repurpose it across social platforms
Test different ad formats, hooks, angles and creative concepts
Work closely with the founder on creative direction and content strategy
Brief and direct an offshore editor to maintain quality and consistency
Learn and apply Meta Ads Manager to help optimise campaign performance
Help build a scalable content production system across various touch-points of the business
What We’re Looking For
4–5 years’ experience creating content and recording ads, ideally for service-based businesses.
Strong camera and shooting skills with the ability to capture various formats
Good editing knowledge and an understanding of what makes content perform
Experience working with or directing editors when required
Comfortable producing high volumes of content and moving quickly
Creative, proactive and willing to test current ideas
Interested in learning the paid advertising side of the business, from in-platform planning and placement to campaign performance
A systems thinker who wants to build processes, not just execute individual shoots
Comfortable working closely with a founder in a rapid-paced, energetic environment
The long-term goal is to build an in-house media team. Strong performance across organic social and paid advertising will create an opportunity for this role to grow into a leadership position as the media function scales.
Location: Parramatta (Sydney)
Type: Full-time, onsite (some flexibility may be agreed)
Salary: $100 - 120k + super
