Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with our Special Projects, Scheduling and Construction teams, your primary duties will include:
Ordering additional materials required for job sites
Reviewing and processing extra sub-contractor and material invoices
Liaising with key Suppliers, Construction Supervisors and our Scheduling Department
Supporting the efficient coordination of construction related requirements
About You: To thrive in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 2+ years previous experience within residential construction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound organisation skills and attention to detail
A proactive approach and a commitment to follow-up tasks through to completion
Proficiency in MS Office, Databuild and ClickHome
