ABOUT THE JOB
As a client-side Graduate / Assistant Project Manager, we offer the chance for a talented and enthusiastic person to join our high performing and vibrant team.
This is an entry level role that will suit a candidate that will be a 2026 university graduate in project management, construction management, engineering, construction management, architecture, or similar.
Their role is generally to support the Bellcorp team to manage the delivery of critical projects and infrastructure across the Illawarra and Sydney regions. Specifically, this will include:
Project responsibilities
Solid management of stakeholders throughout the delivery of projects
Active day to day management of time, cost and quality attributes
Administration of construction and consultant contracts
Preparation of reports and other governance documents
Assist in preparing tenders and other business development activities
This will be a full-time office-based role in Wollongong.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
The candidate will ideally have the following attributes:
Will embody the ethos of Honesty, Integrity and Reliability
Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering, construction management, architecture, or similar.
Client-side experience delivering building or civil infrastructure projects is preferred, but not essential.
Robust attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Maintains a positive ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to work well in team and follow instructions as required
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Drivers licence
Australian citizen, or permanent resident of Australia
