We requireaBistro Supervisor to join our leadership team in supporting our enthusiastic staff in a busy club environment. Ideally the successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role, be highly motivated,have a bubbly personality and hasfirst class communication skills.

The successful applicant must have:
Relevant experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry
Have anenergetic and motivated personality, along with the ability to multi-task & be highly organised and effective
Possess the ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment
Have an extremely high level of care with regards to customer service
Displaya transparent understanding of table booking systems
Operate with a keen eye for detail
Be able to take control and delegate responsibility
Be able to work versatile working hours including shift work, weekends and public holidays
