Australasia's leading food company is seeking an experienced

Quality Manager

to join a leading FMCG organisation based in

West Footscray, VIC .

This is a key site-based leadership role, responsible for driving

quality, food safety, compliance and continuous improvement

across the facility.

About the role:

Lead and maintain the site Quality Management System

Drive food safety, quality and GMP standards across the site

Manage internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer audits

Lead HACCP, quality reviews, investigations and corrective actions

Identify and manage food safety and quality risks

Develop and deliver site quality plans and improvement initiatives

Work closely with Operations, Production and broader Quality teams

Support NPD and change management from a quality and food safety perspective

Monitor key quality metrics, complaints, waste and non-conformances

About you:

Tertiary qualification in

Food Technology, Food Science or a related discipline





3+ years' experience in a Quality Lead/Manager role within FMCG

Solid knowledge of

food safety, quality systems and regulatory requirements

Experience managing audits, HACCP, investigations and corrective actions

Solid stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to influence site teams and drive continuous improvement
