Hilton Foods Heathwood site is seeking a Safety & Wellbeing Partner to deliver a comprehensive framework across the employee and production lifecycle, driving a solid safety culture. This role suits someone starting out in the industry who wants to learn from the best.

You will assist with framework development, incident management, safety education, and wellbeing initiatives while ensuring compliance and aligning with strategic plans for HFAPAC. Training and PPE are provided.
