We need a superstar dental receptionist! This is predominantly at front desk reception but will also be involved with sterilisation and some dental assisting and changeovers of surgery. You will work closely with our principal dentist and team to ensure patients receive an outstanding experience from their first phone call through to completion of treatment.

Key responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming patients

Managing appointments and recalls

Rebooking treatment and following up patients

Processing payments and accounts

Assisting patients with post-operative information

Ordering stock and supplies

Managing end-of-day reporting and administration

Assisting with surgery changeovers

Chairside assist across a range of procedures when needed

About you

Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred

Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





Professional presentation and punctuality

Solid organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to build rapport with patients and team members

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Maintaining exceptional infection control standards
