An exciting chance for an experienced Property Management professional to support a high-performing Property Management and Leasing team.
This varied all-rounder position will provide portfolio coverage during annual and sick leave, while assisting with leasing, team operations, training and front-of-house support.

The Role
Provide relief portfolio management during annual and sick leave
Manage portfolios of approximately 160–170 properties when covering
Troubleshoot and provide day-to-day support to the PM Team
Assist the Leasing Team when required
Provide reception and front-of-house cover
Support staff training and onboarding
Assist the GM with KPI reporting and compliance management
Provide general operational support across the office
Maintain excellent service for owners, tenants and applicants
The Candidate
Strong Property Management experience
QCAT experience is essential
Good working knowledge of PropertyMe
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
