Holcim Australia and New Zealand is seeking a proactive Customer Service qualified to join our established team. You will handle a mix of inbound enquiries and outbound order confirmations, interacting with customers from labourers to project managers in a rapid-paced setting.

You will enter data accurately, coordinate with sales and production, escalate issues promptly, and help optimise service levels while maintaining our Allocation Procedure Manual.
