The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a friendly and approachable Partner and their team within the commercial litigation practice.
You’ll provide day-to-day support across a diverse portfolio of matters, including company and shareholder disputes, intellectual property, insolvency and skilled negligence.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and drafting court, property and other legal documents
Liaising with clients, barristers and external experts
Managing files and ensuring matters are kept up to date
Managing diaries and coordinating appointments
Assisting with monthly billing
Skills & Experience
Intermediate experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within litigation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The confidence to work independently and take initiative
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
A positive, proactive and team-focused approach

Please note: This role will suit someone with at least 12 months of up-to-date experience in a law firm as a legal assistant. Please note that you wont be considered for these roles if you don’t have legal assistant experience.
