About the role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our agile team on a casual basis. Based in Wollongong NSW, this position offers flexible work opportunities for individuals looking to contribute to maintaining pristine environments across our client sites.

What you'll be doing
Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of various surfaces
Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and other facilities to maintain hygiene standards
Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with environmental guidelines
Polish and maintain floors, windows, and other glass surfaces to a high standard
Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently




Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working workplace
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding cleaning requirements and any issues.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and client expectations

What we're looking for
Proven experience in a cleaning or similar custodial role, or willingness to undertake training
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderately heavy items
Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work flexibly on a casual basis
Valuable communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
Knowledge of health and safety procedures in cleaning operations
Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment, or willingness to learn
A professional attitude and respect for client properties
