Assist with admin/dispatch tasks like lead coordination, quote follow-ups, and tidy records.

What We’re Looking For
2–4 years in a marketing or CSR role (service/tradie background a plus).
Confident on the phone with robust communication skills.
Comfortable with job management software (Service Titan), CRM & email tools
Organised, proactive, and customer-first.
