Job Description

HMG Hardchrome, based in Pinkenba, Brisbane, is seeking a trade-qualified Fitter/Machinist to join our Production Department as a permanent Machine Shop Leading Hand.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership, coordinating daily workflow on the Large Line, maintaining safety, quality, and on-time production delivery, with ongoing coaching of shop floor staff.

You will report to the Production Supervisor and have a explicit pathway into a key leadership position within production.
