The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales & Design Consultant to join a high-performing team working exclusively with warm, inbound leads. This is not a cold-calling role. All enquiries are generated through inbound customer contact and handled through a structured internal process. Customers are typically homeowners, renovators, or builders seeking custom wardrobe and storage solutions. What You'll Be Doing

Attending pre-booked client appointments across Sydney (primarily Northern Beaches & North West, with growing Eastern Suburbs coverage and Inner West)



Conducting in-home consultations with clients and builders Working closely with internal support teams to design and deliver tailored solutions Preparing and presenting joinery and storage proposals Meeting individual and team revenue targets (bonus structure in place) What We're Looking For

Background in cabinet making, joinery, or woodworking trade highly regarded Strong communication and client-facing skills Confident, switched-on, and motivated to work in a sales environment Ability to understand technical joinery products and installations Proven reliability and strong work ethic What's On Offer
