We are a local property maintenance company looking for an experienced, reliable and capable person to join our team. Our work is wide-ranging, so this isn't a position where you'll be doing the same thing every day. One day you might be repairing plaster and painting, the next completing carpentry work or knocking over a list of maintenance jobs.

Plastering – repairs, patching and finishing

Painting – preparation, repairs and general painting

General carpentry – repairs, installations and smaller carpentry jobs

General property maintenance – a broad range of repairs and maintenance work

Has their own reliable vehicle – this is a must

Has their own tools
n
Can work independently and problem-solve on site
n
Takes pride in leaving a job finished properly
n
Is reliable, punctual and communicates well
n
Can work efficiently without needing someone looking over their shoulder all day
n
Is comfortable dealing professionally with clients and tenants
n
Has a valuable attitude and works well as part of a team
n
Experienced across multiple areas of property maintenance and willing to get stuck in
