We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen teams across Bistro Elba & Bau Bau — two exciting venues with a strong focus on European food, quality produce and great hospitality.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef with 4–5 years’ experience who is ready to take the next step into a CDP role and grow with a agile restaurant group.
What we’re looking for:
4–5 years’ professional kitchen experience
Ready to step into a Chef de Partie position
Strong knife skills and solid kitchen fundamentals
Experience across multiple sections of a busy kitchen
A genuine passion for European food
Ability to follow direction and work well within a team
Clean, organised and disciplined approach to the kitchen
Pride in your food, your section and the overall guest experience
Someone who wants to learn, contribute and be part of a excellent team
