The Role

n

We're looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a friendly and approachable Partner and their team within the commercial litigation practice.
n You'll provide day-to-day support across a varied portfolio of matters, including company and shareholder disputes, intellectual property, insolvency and professional negligence.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Preparing and drafting court, property and other legal documents
n
Liaising with clients, barristers and external experts
n
Managing files and ensuring matters are kept up to date
n
Managing diaries and coordinating appointments
n
Assisting with monthly billing
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
Intermediate experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within litigation




n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
The confidence to work independently and take initiative
n
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
n
A positive, proactive and team-focused approach
n

Please note: This role will suit someone with at least 12 months of up-to-date experience in a law firm as a legal assistant. Please note that you wont be considered for these roles if you don't have legal assistant experience.
