We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Reception / Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a quick-paced environment and has an interest in fitness.
Key Duties:
Welcoming and assisting members and guests
Explaining and selling memberships
Maintaining an active floor presence by engaging with members and fostering a strong sense of community
Creating social media content - ideas, planning, editing and polishing
Handling bookings, tours, phone calls and daily administration
Maintaining club cleanliness and presentation standards
Applies common sense and good judgement in day-to-day tasks
Supporting club events, promotions and campaigns
About You:
Friendly, confident and skilled communicator
Comfortable in a sales-focused setting
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Comfortable creating social media content
High level of attention to detail with practical decision-making skills
Interest in health and fitness
First Aid certificate (highly regarded)
Certificate 3 in Fitness (highly regarded)
