Are you an A-Grade electrician stuck in a B-Grade team? Maybe you’re not looking to leave electrical work. You’re just ready for a better place to do it.
At Kenner Electrics, we've built the business around making life easier for positive electricians.
You’ll run your own residential service jobs with an office team behind you keeping the day organised, customers informed and the schedule realistic.
What you’ll get:
Performance bonuses
Monday to Friday with no weekend roster
An extra week of annual leave each year
Autonomy to run your own jobs across Melbourne's eastern suburbs
Proper scheduling and office support
Ongoing training and development
Variety across service, fault finding, switchboards, EV chargers and upgrades
We’re looking for an A-Grade who enjoys solving problems, dealing with customers and taking ownership of their work. You don’t need to know everything on day one. What matters is that you’re capable, take pride in your work and want to keep improving.
You’ll fit in well if…
You take pride in your work, even when no one else notices the small details.
You enjoy fault finding more than repetitive installs.
You can explain things to customers without talking over them.
You'd rather spend another ten minutes getting it right than come back next week to fix it.
You like working with people who care about doing a good job.
What you’ll need
A-Grade Electrical Licence
Victorian driver's licence
Residential service experience
Solid fault-finding ability
Confidence quoting work on site and talking with customers
Who this isn't for If you’re looking for somewhere to simply turn up, get through the day and head home, this probably isn’t the right fit.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, takes ownership of their jobs and cares about the standard of work they leave behind.
Come work somewhere you can be proud of We’ve built a solid reputation across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, with more than 500 five-star Google reviews and multiple industry awards. That reputation comes down to having good electricians who care about their work and the customers they look after.
If you’re looking for a team that backs you, gives you room to run your own jobs and takes pride in doing things properly, we’d like to hear from you.
