We're growing. Our Anytime Fitness clubs across Penrith, St Marys and Kingswood are looking for a Membership Consultant to help drive our next stage of growth - with real progression on offer as we continue expanding across Western Sydney.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective and current members — running tours, closing memberships, and keeping our members engaged and retained. Reporting to the Club Managers, you'll work across all three sites, giving you broader exposure and faster development than a single-club role.
What You'll Do
Run club tours and consultations, following our proven sales process
Own member retention calls and build real relationships with our community
Support local marketing and business partnerships to drive leads
Help managers keep the clubs running and presentation-ready
What You'll Need
1+ years in customer service or sales
Solid communicator, in person and on the phone
Driver's licence + reliable car (you'll move between 3 sites)
Self-motivated and highly organised — you won't need micromanaging
Available Saturdays — non-negotiable for this role
First Aid/CPR and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
