Laurel Group is a well-established, family-owned company specialising in Cleaning and Property Services. Founded in 1969, we're highly regarded across the cleaning industry for delivering reliable, high-quality, and cutting-edge service to our clients — many of whom have been with us for decades.
Following the recent award of several recent, high-profile contracts, we're looking for experienced, customer-focused cleaners to join our growing team.
A current National Police Check (or the ability to obtain one) is required for this role.
About the Role
Working within a friendly, supportive team, our cleaners deliver a range of cleaning tasks to agreed schedules — always to a high standard, and always acting as a positive representative of Laurel Group for our clients. Depending on the site, your responsibilities may include:
Waste collection, segregation, and disposal
Toilet and kitchen area cleaning
Litter collection and cleaning around building perimeters
Responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests (spills, etc.)
Vacuuming and hard floor cleaning
Low and high dusting
General office cleaning
Full window cleaning (squeegee/blade)
Operating heavy-duty cleaning equipment
About You
Excellent attention to detail
Valuable reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate confidently with internal and external staff
An awareness of Occupational Health and Safety practices
A genuine commitment to quality outcomes
Current right to work in Australia
