What you'll do
Manage the day-to-day operation of your building
Build strong relationships with residents, clients and stakeholders
Coordinate contractors and maintenance
Manage leasing inspections and enquiries
Ensure presentation, compliance and safety standards are maintained

What you'll bring




A customer-first attitude and solid problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organisation
Experience in Property, Building Management, Facilities, Hospitality or Customer Service is highly regarded
NSW Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain one before commencement—we'll support suitable applicants)
