Barista - Chadstone

Brunetti Oro is seeking experienced Barista's to join our friendly, dedicated, teams in the following venue's:
Brunetti Oro Myer
Brunetti Oro Swanston Street
Brunetti Oro Flinders Lane

Reliable about coffee, our Barista team receives accredited Barista training and ongoing mentorship from our coffee partners Lavazza, giving you a professional edge while working in a dynamic and qualified environment. As Barista you are required to provide a consistent, high-level quality coffee experience.

You should have a minimum of 1 years experience and have the ability to provide superior levels of customer service.

The successful applicant must
Be fast on the machine, yet not willing to compromise on quality (Barista)
Be confident and a strong communicator
Adopt a hands-on approach,



delivering superior levels of customer service and quality coffee in a fast-paced environment
Work as part of a team, fostering a respectful, productive, and collegial working workplace and culture
Demonstrated coffee knowledge with experience dialing recipes and adjusting brewing parameters
Experience working with volumetric is desirable
Experience working with 2 La Cimbali coffee machines, Pugpress, Mazzer Robur S Grinder machines, and a Juggler tap system is desirable
The ability to deliver and maintain a premium customer experience and a premium product - coffee!
