We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our team.
This is a fast-paced role in a busy café, so we’re looking for someone who can work efficiently under pressure, provide outstanding customer service and be a positive team player.
About the role
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Making high-quality coffee consistently and efficiently
Taking orders and serving customers
Operating the POS and handling payments
Clearing tables
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented café
Restocking and general café duties
Working closely with the team to keep service running smoothly
About you We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous barista experience and is confident making coffee in a busy environment
Has excellent customer service skills
Works well under pressure and can maintain speed and quality
Is reliable, punctual and well presented
Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
Is willing to help wherever needed — no job is too big or too small
Has valuable attention to detail and takes pride in their work
Is available to work a flexible roster, including weekends
Experience in a busy café is highly regarded. What we offer
