About the Role

As Preschool Room Leader, you'll bring your own style of leadership to a team of educators you'll mentor and grow alongside. Working hand-in-hand with the wider leadership team, you'll help shape children's learning journeys while fostering a space where families and staff feel genuinely welcomed and supported.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of educators within the preschool room
Plan and implement engaging programs aligned with the EYLF




Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider team
Maintain a secure, welcoming, and inclusive environment
Contribute to documentation and daily centre operations
Work collaboratively to uphold high-quality practices across the service

About You
Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification
Previous experience leading a preschool or kindergarten room (desired)
Sound knowledge of EYLF and NQS
Passionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Child Protection & Child Safety Training
First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
