Job Description

The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Stafford, Brisbane. You will conduct assessments, develop safety plans, and connect clients to housing, health, education and other services.

You'll deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based case management, create tailored plans, advocate for clients, and collaborate with partners to strengthen referral pathways.
