Job Description

Kurri Kurri Community Services (KKCS) is a local not-for-profit organisation delivering person-centred services across the Hunter. Hunter Recruitment Group is partnering with KKCS to recruit a Non-Clinician Care Partner to join their Support at Home team.

As a Non-Clinician Care Partner, you will coordinate services for older people, work closely with an Enrolled Nurse Care Partner, and support onboarding, reviews and administration in a mostly office-based role with occasional home visits.
