About Us

Canterbury Timber & Building Supplies is a well-established, family-owned supplier servicing Sydney's building industry. We're looking for a reliable, organised and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone with solid administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience with accounts and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities
General administration and office support
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable (Creditors)
Daily banking and bank reconciliations
Processing invoices and payments
Filing and maintaining accurate records
Assisting the management team with administrative tasks as required

About You




Previous experience in an administration/accounts role
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
Experience with accounting or ERP software is highly regarded
