We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cafe All-Rounder / Barista to join our team. This is a multitasking role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in making outstanding coffee, customer service, serving customers, food preparation, dishwashing and maintaining a clean and organised cafe, as well as supporting the team wherever needed.
This role offers a great chance for the right person to grow within the business and take on more responsibility over time. We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable and interested in building a long-term career in café management.
Key responsibilities

Dishwashing and cleaning
Maintaining a clean and organised cafe
Supporting the team wherever needed
Be available and flexible with shift changes
Working 5 days a week including weekends

A outstanding team player with a positive attitude
Reliable, hardworking and well presented
Able to multitask
Comfortable with all aspects of cafe duties, including dishwashing and cleaning
Must be available to work weekends
