What You'll Be Doing

n

n
Processing and coding supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
n
Verifying invoice details against purchase orders and delivery documentation
n
Maintaining organised and up-to-date accounts payable records
n




Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies
n
Processing payments in accordance with company policies and payment terms
n
Managing vendor inquiries and resolving payment-related issues
n

n

What We're Looking For

Works well within a team environment.
n
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
Motivated and enthusiastic to learn new skills.
n
An attention to detail & effective time management.
n
Solid Microsoft office skills
n
Proven experience working in an accounts payable or similar accounting role for a minimum of two years
