Your work will include:
n

Commercial building and carpentry maintenance
n
Reactive and planned maintenance
n
Doors, locks, door closers and hardware repairs
n
Plastering, patching and painting
n
Minor concrete repairs
n
Floor, wall tiling repairs and patching
n
Property repairs and make-protected works
n
Minor refurbishments and construction works
n
Building and asset upgrades
n
Identifying issues and practical solutions while onsite
n
Communicating professionally with clients and site representatives
n
Completing required job documentation and service reports
n
Working independently as well as alongside our wider maintenance and construction team
n
n
Who we're looking for
n
We're looking for someone who is reliable, practical and takes pride in their work.
n
You'll need:
n

Carpentry trade qualification
n
Current driver's licence
n
White Card
n
Good general maintenance skills
n
Ability to problem-solve and work independently
n
Good communication skills
n
A skilled attitude when working at client sites
n
Strong focus on safety and quality
n
