Job Description

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to assist participants in Sydney and surrounding areas. Roles involve in-home care with a minimum two hours per client, allowing time to build rapport and meaningful connections.

Candidates should have a current driver's license, be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Check, and be available for 10–15 hours weekly, Monday to Friday. You will travel to clients' homes within a defined area and provide compassionate, client-centered support.
