We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project or Construction Manager with a trades background open to taking an Area Manager position leading all Mechanical BoP in Regional NSW

This is a senior site-based leadership role, responsible for the secure, productive and high-quality delivery of major mechanical construction packages across the Balance of Plant scope.

The opportunity:
Lead mechanical construction across piping, cooling water, drainage, dewatering, fire protection, HVAC and mechanical BOP systems
Manage Superintendents, Supervisors, Engineers and subcontractors
Drive construction planning, work-pack readiness, productivity and schedule performance
Work closely with Engineering, Project Controls, Quality, HSE, Commissioning, FGJV and Snowy Hydro
Support mechanical completion, commissioning and progressive handover

We’re looking for:




10–15+ years’ mechanical construction experience
5+ years in a senior construction leadership position
Strong experience managing complex mechanical packages and subcontractors
Background across major infrastructure, mining, power generation or hydro projects
Solid understanding of mechanical systems, piping installation and commissioning
Trade qualification and/or Mechanical Engineering / Construction Management qualification

Major hydro or underground construction experience will be highly regarded. FIFO 2:1 Roster. Camp based accommodation with attractive Site uplift.
