We’re looking for a reliable, organised Automotive Assistant – Rental Desk & Vehicle Detailing to support both front‑office operations and hands‑on vehicle preparation. This is a practical, diverse role involving customer service, bookings, admin, vehicle presentation and general branch workflow.

Key Responsibilities




Rental desk: customer enquiries, bookings, pick‑ups and returns
Vehicle detailing and rental preparation — washing, vacuuming, checking presentation, topping up fluids and ensuring vehicles are ready to go out
Coordinate vehicle movements with our mechanic and detailer
Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally
Maintain a thorough understanding of our rental fleet, rates and assist customers with vehicle selection

What You Need
Valuable organisational ability and attention to detail
Mechanical awareness (checking fluids, tyre pressures, general vehicle condition)
Comfortable using computers for bookings, admin and customer service skills
be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle
Valid Australian driver's licence is required
Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required
