Transit Systems is seeking a Casual Customer Experience Officer to support customers across our transport operations in Sydney. You will respond to enquiries, manage feedback, and provide accurate information on services, routes and disruptions.
The role requires willingness to work 2–3 days per week during business hours, with occasional shifts as needed. Prior transport industry exposure and Salesforce familiarity are ideal.
