About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Property Officer/ Leasing Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, being out and about, and developing their career in residential property management.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Conduct Wednesday and Saturday rental open inspections
n
Manage leasing enquiries and arrange property inspections
n
Follow up prospective tenants and identify suitable applicants
n
Review rental applications, conduct reference checks and present applications to landlords
n
Help manage a residential property portfolio and day-to-day tenancy matters
n
Communicate with landlords and tenants and maintain robust client relationships
n
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, lease renewals and rent arrears
n
Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
n
Prepare leases and coordinate recent tenancy commencement
n
Maintain accurate property and tenancy records
n

About you
n
n
Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
n
Robust organisation and time-management skills
n
Confident verbal and written communication
n
Current NSW Certificate of Registration / Real Estate Licence
n
Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Available for Wednesday and Saturday open homes
n
