Cafs in Ballarat is seeking a skilled and compassionate Men's Family Violence Practitioner to join The Orange Door team. This role works directly with men who use family violence, supporting behaviour change while strengthening accountability and promoting safety for women, children and families.
You will be part of an integrated, multidisciplinary service, engage in reflective supervision and career development, and contribute to safer communities through evidence-based practice.
